Send Flowers Anne Liggett July 16, 1922 - December 6, 2015 Anne Naujoks Liggett, 93, of Sherman, died Sunday, December 6, 2015, in Dallas. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 Thursday, December 10th, in Dannel Funeral Chapel, with a time of family visitation to follow. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 11th, at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Celebrant will be Fr. Jeremy Myers, with Fr. Antonio Aureus assisting. Interment will follow immediately afterward in St. Mary's Cemetery. Anne was born July 16, 1922, in Lithuania to David Naujoks and Martha Eszerski Naujoks. She married Wayne Liggett in Germany. She worked for many years at Piner Jr. High School as the cafeteria manager. She was a member of the Altar Society at St. Mary's church for many years. She loved gardening, but she found special joy in cooking and baking for her husband, children and grandchildren. Mrs. Liggett is preceded in death by both parents; her husband Wayne; two sons, Wayne Liggett and Walter Liggett; one daughter, Judy Crow; 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Survivors include her children: Danny Liggett, of Sherman; Gary, Frank and Werner Liggett, all of Dallas; Kathy Black, of Corpus Christi, and Mary Ann Rath, of Fergus Falls, MN; nine grandchildren and a host of friends.
