Obituary For Barbara Ann Holder

Memorial Services for Barbara Ann Holder, age 63, of Sherman, Texas will be held at 2:00 PM, March 2, 2023 at Greater Life Church. Barbara passed away Friday, February 23, 2024 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. Barbara Ann Holder was born January 1, 1961, in Lexington, Mississppi, the daughter of Husher Holder and Roselee Paige. She was the baby of eleven brothers. She loved her friends and family and enjoyed spending time with them. Barbara also loved going to the casino. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents.

Barbara is survived by her husband; Anthony Pittman, daughter; Josette Holder, and her children: Gianni, Giuvante, Giavanni, and Bella, daughter; Musette Holder, and her three children.

    I met Barbara when she moved here from New Orleans because of hurricane Katrina. We became friends, and I really enjoyed our friendship. I'm so sorry for the family's loss. She loved her family and there was nothing she wouldn't do for them. I'm praying for you guys, Anthony, Musette and Josette. I know this is hard for you.     She was always known to me as Mrs. Barbara. She was a wonderful, kind, loving mother, & wife. She loved the outdoors. Always making her home beautiful with flowers, & plants. Always courteous, loved her children , grandchildren, husband, friends, & neighbors. Such a beautiful lady.
