Billie Jean Souther passed away in White Settlement TX on February 27 2013 at the age of 81. There will be a graveside service held on Friday March 1 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Anna Texas with Rev. Buddy Owens presiding. Billie was born in Anna Texas on June 1 1932 to Willie Bell and Nola Mae Melton Bell. Surviving are her sons Bennie Souther and Jerry Souther one brother Bobby Bell and three sisters Lila Shugart Ila Welch and Frances Akin.
