Uncle Billy was a great Godly man. Always kind and fun. He was the first father figure I knew. I loved staying with ya'll in the summers. He always made those times fun, whether it was letting us drive his truck under age or teaching us to ride horses or letting us shoot bottle rockets at one another across the pasture on July 4th. I remember as a teenager his standards for his girls to live by were high, like not letting you get your ears pierced and not liking your music, which he complained about frequently, but it was all done out of love. He wanted to set a good example for his girls and for them to grow up to love Jesus. These are the fond memories I have of this great man and father figure. My prayers are with you all. May God bless you Aunt Bobby, Lisa and Christine with his spirit of comfort.
