Obituary For Bradon "Taco" Allen Garcia

BRADON ALLEN GARCIA

March 11, 2002 - October 20, 2022

Bradon Allen Garcia, known to his friends and loved ones as Taco, left this life on October 20, 2022.

Born in Grapevine, Texas on March 11, 2002 to Sabrina Zafar and John Garcia, Bradon was full of life from his very first breath. Bradon attended high school in Bells, Texas where he found his passion for agriculture and his love of animals. He participated heavily in FFA activities, including judging and competing in ag shows, and also played football. After graduating high school in 2020, he attended college at Tarleton State University to pursue his interest in agricultural business. With his infectious smile and confident personality, it didn’t take Bradon long to make a large group of friends. He loved having a good time in Stephenville with his group. Bradon was always the life of the party.

Bradon is survived by his parents, Sabrina Zafar and John Garcia, his brothers, Brandon Garcia and Bryson Zafar, and his grandparents, Athar and Debbie Zafar, Paula Carbaugh, and Raul and Holly Barrera; great grandmothers Ruby Rice and Sylvia Ross. He is also survived by his uncles Jamal Zafar, Kamran Zafar, Zakary Zafar, Charles Garcia and wife Amanda, Joe Garcia and wife Lydia, and Randall Barrera, aunts Gina Zafar, Danielle Zafar, and Chanda Garcia, and countless cousins

Family night will be from 6-8 p.m. at Dannel Funeral Home in Sherman, Texas on October 26, 2022. Bradon will be laid to rest at the Garden of Memory Cemetery in Colbert, Oklahoma the following day on October 27 at 11 a.m. Pallbearers will be Brandon Garcia, Bryson Zafar, Athar Zafar, Jamal Zafar, Kamran Zafar, Zak Zafar, Gabriel Garcia, Dalton Davenport, and Nate Stephens.

Bradon’s family and friends were his top priority and he let everyone know how much they were loved. He was the center of attention whenever he walked in a room and made everyone laugh effortlessly. Family swears he could have been a comedian. Bradon had the unique ability to connect with people in a special way. Our time spent with him was precious and the memories we have will be cherished forever. Bradon will always be missed, but he will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A celebration of Bradon's life will be held at Bells High School on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 5:00 PM.

    Bradon was one of the very first friends of my oldest son Braden Sloan. My son had major anxiety when he started attending the Montessori Academy where both Garcia boys attended and Debbie taught. Due to my son's anxiety, it took him months before he finally joined the class on floor time at the age of 3. He found himself next to Bradon, assuming my because they had the same name, and instantly Bradon G. started talked to Braden S., which not only helped ease his anxiety, but also commenced the start of a wonderful friendship that stood strong over the years. Each time the boys reconnected, it was truly as if no time had passed. Bradon was a gift to both of my boys, and truly everyone he allowed into his life. We love him so and share the pain of all those who loves him. Now we join you all in celebrating his beautiful life. Love and strength to all.
