Obituary For Carol Elizabeth Hinsley

On Tuesday, September 21, 2021, Carol Elizabeth Hinsley of Sherman passed from this life. Arrangements are under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM in Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, Texas. Visitation for family and friends will be Friday, October 15, 2021, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Dannel Funeral Home.

Carol was born on June 11th, 1941, to Henry L. and Juanita May Harris of Louisville, Kentucky. She was married to Russel Leroy Hinsley, the love of her life for 53 years.

Carol was a loving and caring person, filled with love beyond measure by the grace of God.

She was preceded in death by both parents. Survivors include her husband of Sherman; sisters-in-law Gladys Davis (and husband Charley) of Sherman, Gwen Hinsley of Decatur,Texas, and Taliea Hinsley of Bentonville, Arkansas; brothers-in-law Harold Hinsley (and wife Shirlee) of Hominy, Oklahoma, Gary Hinsley of Kempner, Texas, Charles Hinsley of Denison, and John Hinsley of East Texas. Cousins; Barbara Clayton of Wisconsin, Don Grimm of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Kenneth Harris of Champlin, Minnesota, Don Harris of Montana, Duane Grimm of Sandia Pk, New Mexico, Gene Grimm of North Dakota, Janelle and Bruce Schneckloth of St. Cloud, Minnesota and Dovianne Job of Canby, Oregon and numerous nieces and nephews who loved Carol very much.
