Obituary For Christine Lane Olds

Christine Lane Olds, 94, of Denison, Texas, passed away October 27, 2021. Funeral services will be held at Dannel Funeral Home on Thursday November 4, 2021, at 3:00 PM, visitation will be held one hour before service.

She was born in McQueen, Oklahoma, on September 13, 1927. Christine graduated from Sherman High School. She was married to Dudley Lee Olds on December 13, 1947.

Christine worked as a bookkeeper for Dannel Funeral Home, Pepperidge Farm in Chicago, Illinois, and Coldwell Banker in Sherman. She was an avid golfer and had a passion for doing crossword puzzles and reading.

She is survived by Steve (and wife Rhonda) Olds of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Bruce (and wife Cindy) Olds of East Lake, Ohio, and Doug (and wife Debbie) Olds of Denison, Texas; 14 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, 9 Great-Great Grandchildren. Also sisters: Kathleen (and husband Eddie) Currah, Sara Lane, Stella Lane Rawlings, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to Amy Graham and Jessica Wilson for all the dear love and care shown to our mother.
