Claude Franklin Speaker 61 of Sherman passed away Friday October 4 2013 at Texoma Medical Center. He was born September 12 1952 in Sherman to Claude Franklin Speaker and Naomi England Speaker. He was a member of the Travis Street Masonic Lodge Survivors include his son Jason Speaker three grandchildren Mattie Trevor and Landon, brother Leonard Speaker, sister Claudette Cogswell and husband Pat. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and longtime friend Linda Blount. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son Christopher Speaker. The family will be at Dannel Funeral Home on Monday October 7 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday October 8 at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman. Pastor Leland Samuelson will officiate.
