David Alan Adam Jr. was born March 11, 1941, to David and Jean Adam in Houtzdale, Pennsylvania. The family moved to Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, when David was 7 years old.

David had been employed by Bob Utter Ford for over 51 years.

He was a deacon in the Church of God Worldwide Association.

David passed away one day before he and his wife Mary Jane would have celebrated 53 years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Jane Ann. He is survived by his wife Mary Jane; son Leslie of Kyle, Texas; brother; James (and wife Judy) of Colorado; sister Jean Vanzant (and husband Jim) of Oklahoma; and numerous nephews and nieces.

A Graveside service will be held at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman, Texas on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 10:00am. Pastor Andy Burnett of the Church of God Worldwide Association will officiate.
