Diana Renee Cairns of Dallas TX passed away Sunday October 23 2011 in the late afternoon at Parkland Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home. The family will be receiving visitors Thursday October 27 2011 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Dannel Funeral Home in Sherman TX. Funeral Services will be Thursday October 27 2011 at 2 p.m. at Dannel Funeral Home with Pastor Harvey Patterson from Luella Baptist Church officiating. Diana was born on March 9 1962 in Farmington NM. Diana was a lifelong Baptist. She was a loving mother and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends dearly. Diana is survived by her parents Ronald and Joetta Cotton of Sherman TX. Grandmother Bessie Mae Cotton of Chickasha OK. Daughters, Daisy Renee Cairns of Sparta Il and Katie Lynn Johnston of Beaumont Tx. Son Ronald Bradly Hicks and wife Tracy of Killeen TX. She is survived by one sister Peggy Sue Furia of Tom Bean TX and her 4 grand children Dustin Hicks David Hicks Adalyn Miller and Derrick Hicks. Also a very special and loving friend Jack Blankenship of Dallas TX. Diana also had many aunts uncles nieces and nephews who will miss her.
