Dina Franks Cox, 53, of Arp, Texas, passed away on November 28, 2017 in Tyler, Texas. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Dannel Funeral Home at 1:00pm. Rev. Mark Van Horn will officiate. The family will greet friends on Thursday, November 30, from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
