Send Flowers Edward Eugene Underwood, 66, of Sherman died Saturday, June 18, 2016 at his residence in Sherman, Texas. Mr. Underwood is survived by son, Rodger Davis; daughters, Lisa Morris of Sherman, TX and Rhonda Garland of Colbert, OK; 6 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grand Children. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home, Sherman, Texas.
