Feliza was a wonderful sister - in- law. Our family all loved and appreciated her. We admired her strength in coming to America, learning a language, getting her citizenship and running her own business. She was very capable. She was a wonderful life's partner to our brother Dick. She was a loving mother to David and Amy and a doting grandmother to Lana and Lincoln. We will all miss her. Rest in peace, Feliza! ~ Connie & Bob Andersen, Charlotte, North Carolina

Feliza, I want to thank you for being with my brother through all the good and bad that life brings. He was lucky to have a partner as wonderful as you, and the legacy of your life will serve as an inspiration to many. The courage it took to come to a new home in a strange land, and then become a citizen of that land is a testament to the grit that made me respect you. You will be missed, but always remembered as the gentle soul that you were and my thanks for taking care of my brother all these years. ~ Ralph Staggers, Butler, Pennsylvania
