In 1955 Boody and Joe returned to Sherman to raise their family and become deeply involved in the Sherman community. Upon their return, Boody joined various service organizations where she led an active role in her community. Boody and Joe were married for 66 years and remained in Sherman. She and Joe had three incredibly successful and handsome sons, Joe, Jr., Frank and Jim, all of whom thought she was a fantastic mother. She loved Beaver Creek, CO, world travel, Las Vegas, and whatever white wine was being served. Boody enjoyed playing bridge, her book club, and a good cocktail party. She had a great life.
