Homer L. Denman 80 died Monday April 25 2011. Dannel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Graveside services will be held Thurs. April 28 at Hagerman Cemetery with Rev. David Murphy officiating. Military honors will be accorded at the gravesite. The family will be at the funeral home from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday. Homer was born in Rison Ark. on July 15 1930 to Frank and Rosie (Patterson) Denman. He was educated in the public schools. He served in the US Air Force in Korea. He worked as a material handler and served as a union steward. Homer was preceded in death by his parents his wife Rosemary three brothers and one sister. He is survived by three sons: James Denman and wife Charlotte of Anna, David Denman and wife Susan of Canton, Bryan Denman and wife Jo of Canton, a daughter Theresa Lacey of Washington, three grandchildren and one great grandchild, two brothers: John Denman and wife Wanda of Denison, Jessie Splann and wife Joan of Sebring FL, as well as several nieces and nephews.
