Obituary For Jennifer Michelle McIntyre

Jennifer Michelle Johnson McIntyre of Howe, Texas passed away on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022, while visiting family in McKinney Texas. She was 51 years old.

Born in Meridian, Mississippi, Jennifer spent her childhood in several other southern locations including Monticello, Arkansas; Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, and Lafayette, Louisiana; and Sherman, Texas. She and her husband resided in Howe, Texas at the time of her passing.

Jennifer was a graduate of Sherman High School and was a member of the Bearcat drill team. She attended Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas and had been involved in retail management for several years.

Jennifer and her husband Tad were high school sweethearts, and though they ultimately took separate paths in life, their paths crossed again. After several years as a couple, they wed on April 8th, 2016, and became a family. Jennifer loved to cook and bake, and most of all she loved to share her creations with friends and neighbors. Jennifer had the kindest of souls, and it gave her great joy to give to others. She was a proud Mom to two wonderful kids, and she never missed an opportunity to talk about how proud she was of them and what accomplishments they were achieving in their lives. Jennifer made the house a home with the most important things in her life being God and family.

Jennifer is survived by her husband, Tad McIntyre of Howe, Texas, one daughter, Sara Elizabeth Kaufman of Denton Texas, one son, Max William Kaufman of Grand Junction, Colorado, brother Robert Johnson of Round Rock, Texas, and her parents, Max and Carol Johnson of McKinney, Texas.

A memorial service and celebration will be held at 10am on November 12th, 2022, at Dannel Funeral Home in Sherman, TX with Pastor Leland Samuelson officiating. A reception will follow Jennifer’s Celebration of Life at Dannel.

You may sign the online guestbook at www.Dannelfuneralhome.com.
