Wanda, I'm so very sorry to hear about Joe. I have such good memories of all the fun times we had in the past. Remember our trip to Hawaii and the hula dancers, all the trail blazing at Beaver's Bend, crossing Engineering Mountain Pass on motorcycles in Colorado, the trip to Billy and Jerrie's in Austin and on to Galveston where they wouldn't let us stay at the motel because we were on motorcycles and we slept on the wind-blown beach, and all our Christmas and birthday parties together. We still have those memories to hold on to. You and Joe had 64 wonderful years together. I pray that God will bring you comfort at this most difficult time in your life. Love You.

Saddened to read this today. Wanda and Joe are family. Mary Carol loved her Aunt and Uncle. I fondly remember mostly the times spent around the holidays, food and football, listening of fond family times, and the occasionally current events "discussion." He was a man of caring for others and of fine character. Joe had an infectious smile and I can hear him laughing at stories of yesteryear. He was proud of his family and his OK heritage. We did jawbone of Sooners success and politics. We were family. Praying for peace to be with Wanda.

I've known Joe almost my entire life. My dad and Joe have been friends for over 40 years. I have so many great memories of Joe and Wanda when we all traveled together to car shows. When I got older, Joe would take me for rides on his motorcycle. He will be greatly missed by our family and many other friends. So very sorry for your loss. May be Rest In Peace.
