Obituary For Lynn Franklin

Jerrie Lynn Franklin, 74, of Sherman, Texas, passed away on April 7, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Dannel Funeral home in Sherman, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday April 14, 2022 at Dannel Funeral Home with Larry Flenniken of Promiseland Church of Sherman will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Rowlett Creek Cemetery in Plano, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home

Lynn was born in Sherman, Texas to Jeremiah Bradley Franklin and Erin Lovene Fletcher-Franklin on August 26, 1947. She went to school in Sherman, Texas. She worked as a respiratory therapist at Wilson and Jones hospital and later as a EEG technician for Texoma Radiology with Dr. Sundrum. She attended Key Memorial Methodist Church of Sherman. Lynn loved children and was known as Aunt Lynn to many.

Lynn is preceded in death by both parents, Jeremiah Bradley Franklin, Erin Lovene Flectcher-Franklin, brother John B Franklin, sister Joan B Brown, and niece Maria Edeliza Jumao-As Jiongco Perkins (Liza )

Lynn is survived by her sister Billie Jean Paddock, nephews, Michael W. Paddock, Donald M. Paddock of Oklahoma City , Rex Lee Brown Jr. of Sherman, nieces Elicia Brown Sanders of Forest, Ms, Christa Brown of Hickory Creek, Tx Milanie Jiongco Ayers ( Lani ) of Carrolton, Tx

Pallbearers for Lynn will be Ron Brown ,Anthony Butler, Michael W. Paddock, Donald M. Paddock, Sean M. Paddock, and Brandon W, Paddock, honorary pallbearers will be Rex Lee Brown and Rex Lee Brown, JR.

    I am so sorry to hear of Lynn's passing. She and I attended high school together as well as attending Key Memorial Church together. She was always so very kind to all. My prayers and thoughts go out to her family. Dianne Burks Oler

    Lynn was always a kind and friendly classmate of the '65 SHS class. I'm sure Lynn was a blessing to others through her care and service as a healthcare professional. Prayers of peace and comfort for her family.
