Martha L. Skaggs, 76, of Sherman, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020.

She was born in Winnsboro, Texas on March 2, 1944. She married the love of her life, Michael Kerr on December 1, 1977. Martha worked as a seamstress for Royal Case and Levi’s. She had a passion for her children and her grandchildren.

Martha is survived by her children: Cheryl Maraffi, Cynthia Pennington, Decco Baxter, and Bryan Baxter; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sisters, Sophia Christopher, Helen Allard, and Wanda Christopher. She was preceded in death by Michael Kerr.

The family will have a private service at a later date.
