Obituaries

Mary Fay Plumlee, 89, of Sherman, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at her residence in the care of Home Hospice of Grayson County.

Mary Fay Plumlee is preceded in death by her husband Dupont Bonner Plumlee, parents Ernest Caldwell, Fred and Ola Peek, along with her brother Frank Caldwell.

Mary is survived by sons Jimmy and Betty Green, Fred Pine, WT and Nancy Pine and daughter Mary Ann and James Russell, 12 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren.

The family will greet friends at 1:00pm, Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Dannel Funeral Home in Sherman, Texas, followed by a funeral service at 2:00pm. Her great-grandson, Pastor Joseph Hefner of First Baptist Church of Denison, will officiate. Burial will follow at West Hill Cemetery in Sherman, Texas.

Mary Fay Caldwell was born in East Texas to Ernest and Ola Caldwell on July 16, 1927. She attended school in Leonard, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Steven Pine, Nicholas Pine, John Pine, Cameron Pine, Lance Hefner, and Shawn Payne.
