Peggy Head, 81, of Dallas, Tx, passed away on January 23, 2025 in Dallas.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 31, 2025 at White Rock Fellowship Church. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 31, 2025 at
White Rock Fellowship Church with the Associate Minister Eric Johnson of Mainstreet Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will follow at Sparkman/Hillcrest. Arrangements are by Dannel Funeral Home.

Peggy Carol Hodges Head was born Commerce, TX to Roy Babbitt Hodges Jr. and Wilma Loyce Bell on December 26, 1943. She went to school at Commerce High School. She married Charles Leon
Head on September 2, 1963 in Commerce, TX. She graduated from East Texas State University, now Texas A&M Commerce. She worked as a teacher in her younger years and as a homemaker for 62 years. She was actively involved in the William Lipscomb
Elementary, J.L. Long Middle School, and Woodrow Wilson High School PTAs, and the D.O.T. Women’s Auxiliary. She received the Lifetime Membership Award for the PTA.

Peggy Carol Hodges Head is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Tara Head, son, Jeffrey Head, parents, Roy Babbitt Hodges Jr. and Wilma Loyce Bell, grandparents, Roy Babbitt Hodges and Rosie Milligan, and Floyd L. Bell and Rubie L. Wilkinson.
Peggy Head is survived by Children: Christopher Head, Justin and Lynn Head, Megan Head Freeman and Jeff Freeman, Nicholas Head, Grandchildren: Aliya Head, Arianna Head, Gareth Head, Parker
Freeman, Piper Freeman, Porter Freeman, Jessica Lewis, and Sean Griffith.

Pallbearers will be Aliya Head, Gareth Head, Parker Freeman, Porter Freeman, John Offutt, Eric Coco, and Carlos Vielma.
