Phillip was a great guy. I enjoyed his friendship in the TCU band. Prayers for all who knew and loved him.

This is David Wiley and I hope your family remembers me from First Presbyterian Church and Boy Scout Troop 1. I wanted to tell the entire family how sad I was to hear of Philip's passing at such a young age. I had not seen him in a number of years, but I have fond memories not only with him, but your entire family. Dr. Hall was like a second father to me growing up and I am happy to hear he is still with us, but deeply saddened that he is having to go through this. I live in Austin and would be at the services, but I had knee replacement surgery a couple of weeks ago and I cannot fly or sit in a car that long. Please know that the entire family is in my thoughts and prayers as you get through this very troubling time. All of you were very special to our family and you have the condolences from all the Wileys. God Bless, David Wiley
