Phyllis Ann Macotela 53 of Sherman passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday September 25 2012. Family night will be held at Dannel Funeral Home on Friday September 28 2012 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday September 29 2012 at Grace Indian Baptist Church in Achille Oklahoma at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Antlers Oklahoma Cemetery. She is survived by her mother Joyce Samis and husband Buddy daughter""¢s, Misty Lleverino Lisa Chaverria Rebecca Chaverria thirteen grandkids and 1 great-grandchild her beloved niece Sharon Lopez and several more nieces and nephews.
