Obituary For Rachael McAndrews

Rachael, 31, of Sherman, Tx, passed away on April 1st, 2018 in Sherman, Tx.. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10th at Northpark Baptist Church, 2605 Rex Cruse Drive, Sherman, Tx, with Pastor David Murphy officiating. Rachael was born in Modesto, California to Mark Harrison and Elaine Albritton on September 12th, 1986. Rachael married Mark McAndrews on January 11th, 2011 in Santa Barbara, California. Rachael’s primary desire in life was to be a full time Mother rather than working outside of the home. She has three beautiful children, Audrey, Markie and Miles. Rachael took pride in being a good mother and wife, and felt blessed to be able to raise her children in Texas in close proximity to her Mother and Stepfather. Rachael loved living in Texas and relocated to from California approximately three years ago to be close to her mother Elaine and step-father Steve. Rachael was so very happy to purchase her first home here in Sherman, Tx. Rachael was a gifted artist who enjoyed drawing, painting, refurbishing, cooking and gardening. Rachael loved all living things; animals, birds, insects, flowers, and being outdoors. Rachael frequently took walks in Fairview Park, and worked out at the Nautilas Gym in Sherman. Rachael is survived by her husband, Mark McAndrews, children Audrey, Markie, and Miles, her parents Mark and Elaine, her step-parents Steve and Shirley, her sister Christina and her brother John-Mark, her grandmothers Gloria and Becky, her aunts Christine, Candy, Lynn, Rebecca, her uncles Bob and Paul, her cousins Jessica, Daniel, Carrie, Jennifer, Tony, Samuel, Katie, Aaron, Jacob, Joshua, Michael, Kaylen, Hunter and Emma. The family of Rachael wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Pastor David, all of the first responders, Dr.’s, caregivers, Dannel Funeral home, and to each of Rachael’s friends.
