Mike was a very intelligent man in which I found out the hard way. I could never beat him in a game of Chess. For that matter I did not beat him much in the game of 42 (dominos) either. As his partner in 42, chances were we would win! Mike always was faithful at Fairview Baptist Church and was a joy to see him there to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. L. Vierling

Mike was always an inspiration to all of us in his class in high school. He never let his situation get him down and was always pleasant and friendly to everyone. I am so glad we got to honor him in our newly published 1957 BEARCAT BEACON. His life was a shining example of the power of the human spirit. Prayers for his family, Betty Hunter Moseley
