Obituary For Roger Eugene Glenn

Roger Eugene Glenn, 78 years old, passed away on September 9th, 2021 in Denison, Texas.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday,10:00 AM, September 15th, 2021 at West Hill Cemetery, Sherman, Texas.

Roger was born in Wilburton, Oklahoma on November 2nd, 1942 to Raymond William and Daisy Jean Glenn. He went to school in Wilburton until the family moved to Sherman, Texas. He met the love of his life Rachel Louise Hollingsworth in Denison, Texas and they married March 5th, 1960. Glenn worked for Lattimore Material for 34 years.

Roger is preceded in death by his spouse, his parents and son Roger Glenn, sister Helen Pinion, brother Donald Glenn.

Roger Glenn is survived by his sons; Raymond and wife Angela of Van Alstyne and Rodney Glenn and his wife, Misty of Denison; daughters, Lisa Ritchie and her husband, Bobby of Sherman and Tina Dill and her husband, Chris of Denison; sister Vera Zentner and Fonda Cassell. Grandchildren; Brian Ritchie, Brandon Ritchie, Shawn Glenn, Danielle Smith, Roger Graves, Cody Glenn, Robert Glenn, Tiffany Minchey, Lacey McDaniel, Allen Glenn, Tyler Glenn and 28 great grandchildren.

    I have known this man for a while, nothing made him happier than to get on top of my head and stay for a while! He spoke the truth and was straight up all the time.
