When I first started dating her youngest son Brian. He had asked me to visit his mom while he was out of town. One Saturday, I went up to see her and she drove me to a place called Catherine's. I had never been there and she raved about the chicken salad and the sourdough bread. She love it. I didn't know how to tell her I didn't like chicken salad as it had mayonnaise in it. I was not a fan. She promised me I wouldn't taste the mayonnaise. After we paid, we stepped outside to sit on the curb in front of her car, and she made me the best chicken salad sandwich. I was so thankful and it was delicious.
