Shelby Ray Gann, 73 of Sherman, passed away on March 18, 2025 in Sherman.

A celebration of life will be planned for a later date.

Shelby was born in Sherman, Tx. to James Alton Gann and Bessie Fay Todd on March 20, 1951. He went to school in Sherman. He worked as a machinist for Kaiser for over 20 years. He was a veteran who served in the Army and was awarded a National Defense Service Medal.

Shelby is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Stacy Gann, brothers Lonnie and Delbert Gann.

Shelby is survived by his children Kelly Gann and wife Carie of Howe, Tx. Billy Gann and wife Jaime of Carrollton, Tx., Michelle Pipkin of McKinney, Tx. and Tammy Linn and husband Chris of Howe, Tx. Brother Gary Gann of Sherman, Linda Sessions of Sherman and Tammy Cheek of Sherman. Shelby has 11 grandkids and 9 great-grandkids.
