Sheryl offered robust laughter to the world, chuckling wryly at difficult people and situations. Sheryl loved abundantly and gave herself to others. She was my first cousin, really a sister, a model for selflessness. Beyond the pain of this personal loss, my heart goes out to Joey, Jayson, and Micallie, who, carrying forward the legacy of their mother, grandmother LaVerne, and great-grandmother Fanny, will endure for each of us in difficult times. ~ Paul Schweizer, Santa Fe, New Mexico
