Steven Patrick Hill, 54, of Whitewright, TX, passed away on November 23, 2020, at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Blue Ridge First United Methodist Church, with Bro. Dan Gurley officiating.

Steve was born on November 18, 1966, in Durant, OK, to James Lewis Hill, Sr. and Latricia Winogene Schwab Hill. He grew up in Calera, OK, and attended schools there. In May 2003 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Grayson College in Denison, TX, with an Associate of Applied Science in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology. Steve married Jennifer Lynn Smith in Trenton, TX, on June 5, 2004. He worked as a Senior Service Technician for Grayson Compressor Services in Denison, TX.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, James and Latricia Hill. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Lynn Hill; his children: Joshua Dillon Hill, Casey Delaney Hill, Kathryn Michelle Porter (and her husband, Brandon). Also Steve’s siblings: Latricia Gene Arnold, Deborah Kaye Hill, James Lewis Hill, Jr., Tamla Rose Hill, and Mildred Dessie Hill; and his grandchildren: Brooklynn Codi Porter, Kyler Jace Porter, and Brynlee Grace Porter; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
