Obituary For Steven James Mounger

Steven James Mounger April 13, 1983 – June 9, 2022

Steven James Mounger, 39, of Anna, TX, passed away unexpectedly on June 9, 2022. He was born in Dallas, TX on April 13, 1983. He was married to Alycia Maria Mounger on October 4, 2013.

Steven was survived by his loving wife, Alycia Maria Mounger, his daughter, Callie Faith Mounger, his son Brayden Alexander Mounger, and his stepson Jonathan Andrew Morado; Steven was survived by his mother Lynora Elaine Mounger, and he was predeceased by his father Raymond Keith Mounger; survived by his mother-in-law Karla Pauline Roque; sister-in-law Paula Michelle Fisher and brother-in-law David Bryan Fisher and of course he was loved unconditionally by his fur baby Maxamus Mounger (aka “Max”), also his extended gaming community family and cousins.

Steven worked as a Supervisor/Foreman for Vaquero Underground Service LLC. He had a passion for challenging himself with puzzles, building things and had a strong family bond with his online gaming community playing games like Destiny, Path of Exile, New World, and Rocket League. Steven was loved by his family, friends and he enjoyed supporting his kids with their sports and being a defense coach for his son’s football team. A remembrance visitation will be held from 3-5pm, Sunday June 26, 2022, at Dannel Funeral Home in Sherman, TX.
