Obituary For Suzanne Morgan

Suzanne Morgan, of Denison, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Suzanne was born March 13, 1957 in Oklahoma City, OK to Barbara Burrow and Vernon Donihoo. She was a 1975 graduate of Denison High School. On August 30, 1975, she married Thomas Morgan in Sherman, TX. Suzi was a stay at home mom until 1997 when she enrolled in the nursing program at Grayson County College. She earned her Associate Bachelor degree in 2000 and started her nursing career. During her nursing career, she worked for Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman and spent the last several years working at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. She was a member of the Baptist faith. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who was dedicated to caring for her family and others. She was preceded in death by her mother, brothers, Emmit Donihoo and Mark Donihoo. She is survived by her father, Vernon Donihoo of Ravenna, TX; husband, Thomas ; son, Thomas Carl Morgan II(Beth) of Sherman; daughter, Amy Nicole Morgan of Denison, TX; brother, James Donihoo of Calera, OK; sister, Shawn Isom (Brandon) of Ravenna, TX ; Brothers-in-law, William Morgan, Atwood, TN, David Morgan (Elaine)of Frisco, TX, Mark Perry (Jacki) of Destin, FL, Jerry Low (Kathy) of El Paso, TX; 3 grandchildren, Zander Morgan, Kylie Jones, and Paisley Morgan. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m.,Tuesday , August 23, 2016 at Dannel Funeral Chapel with Dr. Mike Lawson of First Baptist Church, Sherman officiating. Interment to follow at Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, August 22, 2016 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Dannel Funeral Home, Sherman, TX. Pallbearers are Tyler Donihoo, Lane Isom, Fernando Sanchez, Francisco Sanchez, Randy Tew and Javier Sanchez. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Red Cross.org - Louisana Flash Flood victims. Arrangements are under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home.

    Suzanne was a great friend and co-worker at Tmc. She will be dearly missed. I enjoyed working with her for several years on the 5th floor before I moved to South Carolina.
