Obituary For Teresa Goodenough

Services for Teresa (Terri) Sue Goodenough will be held Friday, February 24, 2017 at 10am at Dannel Funeral Home. The family will greet friends Thursday, February 23 from 5-7pm at Dannel. Deacon Albert Miller of St. Mary's Parish will officiate. There will be a reception following the service on Friday at the funeral home. Terri was born in Bryan, Texas on February 22, 1960 to Walter and Sue Goodenough. She spent her formative years in Sherman and Denison. Upon graduating from JJ Pearce High School in Richardson, Texas, Terri attended and earned her degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She started her career at the Dallas Appraisal District and eventually returned to the Sherman area to work for the Grayson Appraisal District. She was well loved by her parents, her sister, Caroline, her brother in law Troy, niece and nephew, Averi and Mason. She is also survived by her aunt Sandra Ledford and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her older brother, Gary Howard Goodenough. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. You may sign the online guestbook at www.dannelfuneralhome.com.

    Terri and I started working at the Dallas Appraisal District at the same time and have kept in touch since that day. She was truly a good friend and will be sorely missed. I pray God wrap his loving arms around her family and sooth them in this time of grief.
