Obituary For Terry Marvin Blomstedt

Terry Marvin Blomstedt, 58, of Sherman, Texas, passed away on January 29, 2024, from natural causes. Terry was born on April 12, 1965, to Marvin and Cindy Blomstedt in Nebraska. After graduating from high school, he went on to study automobile mechanics, which he was very gifted at and enjoyed. Terry retired in 1993 and spent his time learning about electronics, keeping up with politics and assisting his family and friends with their vehicles. He loved to go fishing and puttering with things. Terry was predeceased by Lucinda Lee Blomstedt, his mother, author of the book, The Bittersweet Pain of Polio. He is survived by Marvin Blomstedt, his father, and his siblings – Loretta Tuttle, Garret Blomstedt, Lorinda Blomstedt, Larry Blomstedt, niece – Ashton, nephews – Clifton, Anthony, Cody and Colton and many grandnieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the family, in care of Loretta Tuttle.

    I grew up around Terry. He was a smart man but often overlooked. I could never keep up with his thoughts they far outpaced my own. To his family and friends I send my deepest condolences. Eric Schachar
