Vick is survived by his children, Vicki Gotcher and her husband, Scott Gearhart of Alexandria, VA and John Andrew Gotcher and his wife, Valerie Gotcher of Prosper, TX and Vick’s two grandchildren, Avarie Gotcher and Evan Gotcher, also of Prosper. He proudly served his country as a 2nd Lieutenant until his honorable discharge 3 years later. Following his enlistment with the Marine Corps, Vick worked in national sales for Nissan heavy equipment. Vick was known for his big personality, his loud voice, and his fun and funny spirit. His laugh and sense of humor will be greatly missed. He loved the Rocky Mountains, working outside, painting/drawing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for the love and care provided to Vick by Settler’s Ridge Memory Care in Celina, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Brain Foundation, americanbrainfoundation.org or a charity of choice.
