Obituary For Vickie Marie Kuhn

Vickie Marie Kuhn, 71, of Sherman, passed away on September 21, 2023 following a long battle with cancer.

A rosary will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Sherman with a graveside service in Lindsay, Tx. Additional details are pending at this time.

Arrangements are by Dannel Funeral Home.

Vickie was born in Muenster, Tx to Henry & Allie Kuhn on February 23, 1952 She graduated high school in Lindsay, Tx.

Vickie is preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Allie Kuhn.

Vickie is survived by her daughter, Courtni Bridges, son-in-law, Ricky Bridges and five grandchildren, Aden Michaud, 20, Brysson Bridges, 16, Maddox Michaud, 14, Presley Michaud, 11 and Gunnar Bridges, 6. She also leaves behind her siblings, Henry Jr. of Gainesville, Tx, Melvin Dub Kuhn and wife Linda Kuhn of Sherman, Tx, Linda Barentine and husband Charles Dink Barentine of Sherman, Tx, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

    My deepest condolences at the loss of Vickie. You all remain in my thoughts and prayers! Vickie was a dear classmate and nearby neighbor. Her sweet mom Allie, always gave me a very warm greeting at St Peter's Catholic Church. I have many fond school memories and bus rides with Vickie and two other classmates for twelve years. One August day before entering high school, Vickie and her mom surprised me with a beautiful birth stone necklace and ring for my birthday. I never forgot their kindness and special surprise!     Ms. Vickie was the sweetest lady I've ever met! She had such a warm and loving personality that I we'll never forget! I loved seeing her at work everyday!
