I work for Alverson Refrigeration and although I have never met Wayne in person, every time I needed a part number or a price, I always hoped Wayne would answer the phone, because he was so knowledgeable and very kind and helpful, he will be greatly missed by not only his co-workers, family and friends, but also by strangers that he never met but talked to on the phone. I pray that God will comfort his family through their loss, he was one of the good guys. ~ Sharon Bateman, Sherman, Texas
